Introduction:

HCR70-HCR125 Tamping Rammer is suitable for the traffic, municipal works and construction sectors with unique functions to tamp the road shoulder, bridge surroundings, pavement of the street, surrounding of the sewer pipe and the culvert, floor inside and outside of the house, and the floor of the wall, especially the places that the large and middle tampering machinery can not operate. It is powered by the imported gasoline engine, which features small size, light weight, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance. It can tamp forward automatically.

The general design of HCR90 by us has passed finite element optimization analysis, casing is casted by aluminum alloy and processed by processing center, and handled with other advanced technology. Gear is forged by anti-pressure, anti-wear and anti-corrosion materials, which undergo the processes of rough turning, finish turning, hobbling, shaving and grinding, thus guaranteed the reliability in quality and stability in performance.

It has been accredited by Honda Corporation and Honda Research Institute. Henan Science and Technology Department has organized experts for evaluation, which show that it has reached the advanced level both in home and abroad.
